Our Experienced QC team will inspect all cargoes carefully according to client’s per quality requirements and consultation .Each piece of the stone tile and slab will be well inspected, the Color ,the Specification and the Surface Finished,etc.and we will do the report according to the slabs situation , and we will mark the problem for the slabs if the slabs have defect .All the goods will be carefully loaded to the container after quality confirmation.

Q. Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?
Our factory is located in Shuitou Town, one of the biggest stone market in China.
You can fly to XIAMEN International airport or Jinjiang airport, And inform us in advance
we will pick you up there.Welcome to visit us!
Q. How to get sample?
Sample(s) will be provided in condition that:
– Sample request less than 0.5m2/15kgs is free of charge.
– Sample delivery cost will be at buyer’s account
Q. When to start production?
Right after our Bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or the advance payment
Q. Delivery Leadtime
Leadtime is around 2 – 3 weeks per container
Q. Packaging
Fumigated ocean wooden crates or pallets,also can be packed as per your demand, all wood is fumigated as per
current international requirements ISPM16.
1)Tile(thickness 1cm or 1.2cm) 800 – 1000 m2/ container(27t).
put tiles in a paper box, then put boxes in a wooden crate which padded with formed plastic and packing it.
2)Tile(thickness 1.5cm and up) 200 – 600 m2/container(27t).
put tiles in a wooden crate(with polished face to face) which padded with formed plastic and packing it.
3)Slabs: Slabs will be packed in a wooden bundles with polished face to face.
Q. Guarantee & Claim?
1. Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging.
2. We are not responsible for any defect that caused by the shipping or any force major condition
