We have a professional inspection team who will check the goods from block cutting ,finishing, packing and loading into the container,
If the surface is polished, then the degree will be 90 and up. Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.5, +/-1mm.
Each procedure will be double checked by 2 inspectors.

Packaging Detail: |
Tiles and slabs are packed in styroform boxes and are further packed into wooden crate. Polythene wrapper is made to cover the entire material inside the wooden crate. For random slabs, each slab is packed in a separate polythene wrapper, to reduce or to avoid scratching of tiles and slabs which are packed face to face. |

A: Our headquarters is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, factory in Shuitou, also with many cooperated factories around the domestic.

A:Yes,we can do it with customers demand.
3) Q:What about your packing?
A: Normally we pack our production with fumigated wooden boxes (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides,
further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.
4) Q: What about shipping mark?
A: We can provide neutral shipping mark, or customer trade mark / OEM trade mark are available.
5) Q: Can i get a sample first? And how does it charge?
A: Yes, free sample is available with freight collected or prepaid
6) Q: What's your MOQ?
A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2.
B: Other items depends, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces etc.
7) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?
A: We'll send you the order update and product pictures for you to see for yourself. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd QC agent is accepted.
8) Q: What's your payment term?
A:30% T/T advance payment and balance against B/L Copy or L/C at sight, for other terms, welcome to disscuss with us.
