Product Specification
The most important minerals in the Rusty Stone are lentils – shaped grains of hematite, iron oxide, manganese, copper, nickel, cobalt and nickel. Shale consists mainly of two types of China Slate Wall Panel: green and reddish-violet. The green variety owes its colour to the presence of iron oxides and the red variety to the presence of iron sulphide. Iron reduction balls form on the surface of the China Slate, leaving a light green, mottled texture.
